SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our goal at ZITU is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing order and arranging the shipping will take an additional 24 – 72 hours.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufacturers to the destination.

– Nigerian orders are shipped by our delivery personnel through various and convenient transport companies. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. There will be full tracking information available.

– International orders usually take about 10 – 20 business days to be delivered, due to customs clearance and other checks. For international shipping, DHL and the local port “EMS” will be used and therefore, in some cases, there may not be tracking information available.
